Calm App

In our day to day lives, we can become overwhelmed by priority socially and academically. It is so important to be able to take a couple minutes to reset and relax. The Calm app is perfect for this. I started using Calm back way before I began to loose weight. It is a great app to help you relax, stay on track, and sleep better. I love the wide variety of sleep stories that you can listen to, including some voiced by famous celebrities! Calm is an app that is very advertised and praised on social media, so you may already have it already. Nevertheless, this app helped me to breathe through (what a pun) the unfortunate turmoils of teenage life. You can find it on the app store as "Calm"
