Where would I be without My FitnessPal, I definitely would not be writing to you that's for sure. My FitnessPal is the best food diary app out there. It is easy to log foods, see your nutrients for the day, see your grams of carbs, sugar, protein, and see your calories. You can also log exercise and it will count your steps for you! I have used this app for two years. When I began using it, I used it as a way to feel less stressed about what I ate, and make sure I didn't overeat. When trying to lose weight, this app is a necessity, so you always feel in control of what you eat. Also, when maintaining weight, this app is great and I still use it even now. What I like most about the app is that it will calculate how many calories you should eat in a day based on your weight and whether you are trying to gain, maintain, or lose weight. Also, at the end of each day, you can hit the log button, and it will show you exactly what you will weigh in 5 weeks. For girls who always want to feel in control and healthy, this app is great. But also remember, it is totally fine not to use it. As long as you eat good, wholesome food, you are living a great healthy lifestyle, so don't worry about calories, just make sure you are not overeating!
